All products in our Professional series come with a 5 years worldwide warranty that does not depend on the location of the customer or distributor. We are able to provide this guarantee because a lot of our meters are MID approved* and are used for billing purposes and for data collection and meter management. The quality of our meters is outstanding, which is reflected in our fall-out and return rate. We hardly ever have to handle replacements, but in case that you have to be serviced, our European service centre will assure a flexible and customer friendly way of helping you out with replacements. This is how we distinguish ourselves as a service orientated organization and our business success is based on the mutual success with our partners and customers.

Everyone at Inepro Group is aware of the importance of preserving the environment and providing favourable living conditions for future generations. We wish to minimize negative impacts on the environment and therefore take the following measures to ensure responsible entrepeneurship.
CO2 reduced headquarters: In December 2009 Inepro Group of which Inepro Metering is one of the business units moved to a new headquarters next to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and just outside the capital. After many years on the designer table and taking many issues concerning sustainability into consideration it all proved worth it! The new hightech new premisses for example is equipped with a specially designed heating & cooling system to make it an environmentally friendly and sustainable building designed and built for the future.
Product & Packaging: When planning new products and packing, we choose materials which are environment-friendly and can be mostly re-used, recycled or at least safely disposed off and we introduce environment-friendly technological procedures. As well as a constant strive for reducing the volume of waste; this is accordingly sorted, recycled, used as secondary raw material and deposited. Direct pollution is decreased by using limited quantity of energy, water and raw materials.
Social responsability: A positive attitude towards the environmental issues is assured by regular training of the staff and we satisfy all requirements of valid environmental legislation both with production processes and our product and constant monitoring the environmental issues both in our company and with our suppliers.
