Job description
As a sales hunter, you play a crucial role in expanding our client base. You act as the primary point of contact for clients, persuading them of the quality and value of our products and services. While maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is a priority, in your role as a sales hunter, you identify new market opportunities. You are responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy you devise. After securing agreements with clients, you oversee the inside sales department, which handles all administrative tasks, allowing you to maintain your focus on sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with (potential) clients.
- Attract new clients and increase revenue from existing clients by identifying and exploiting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Visits to clients and exhibitions both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with our marketing and development team on existing and new products.
Qualifications:
- A completed HBO+ degree in Commercial Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- Communication skills! You easily connect with new prospects, penetrate their networks, and close deals; all while maintaining a balance between professionalism and informality.
- Initiative and a proactive attitude, with an eye for new market opportunities.
- Always accessible to your clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Adaptability, as you will be entering a dynamic environment.
- Experience in drafting sales plans.
- Excellent proficiency in at least Dutch and English.
